A new law was passed that allows park owners to distribute the Civil Code via e-mail to park residents who give their permission to do so. Based on the number of Civil Code orders MHET received, it appears as though many park owners are going forward with the hard copy distribution directly to the residents as of February 1, 2026. MHET is already distributing civil codes to those who placed orders—be on the lookout for your order this week!
