California Civil Code 798 – MobileHome Residency Law

The MRL regulates mobile home parks and sets specific rules and guidelines that the residents and the owners/management of the park must follow. Everything from selling a mobile home to termination of tenancy is covered in the MRL. Park management must provide a copy of the updated MRL to prospective residents and to residents by. February 1st each year if there have been significant changes in the law. The management of the park will also have copies of the MRL available to residents upon request.
